The restaurant is designed for people who enjoy thoughtful food, creative drinks, and warm hospitality.
Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position is based in Lucknow and centers on leading the bar program as Head Mixologist. The role combines drink creation, beverage preparation, team guidance, and day-to-day bar management, with a strong focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop original cocktail menus and specialty beverages that fit the restaurant’s concept.
- Prepare signature drinks with consistency, speed, and attention to presentation.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and help create a welcoming guest experience.
- Oversee bar operations and ensure the beverage station runs smoothly during service.
- Train, coach, and support team members to maintain quality and operational standards.
- Work closely with the culinary team to match drinks with menu items and improve the dining experience.
- Track and manage beverage inventory to avoid shortages and waste.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality-control practices at all times.
- Contribute ideas that bring creativity and innovation to the beverage program.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service abilities for guest-facing interactions and teamwork.
- Hands-on knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and bar supervision.
- Experience in training and mentoring staff to support smooth operations.
- Understanding of food and beverage pairing, along with a culinary mindset.
- Ability to manage inventory while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Creative approach to drink development and menu innovation.
- Previous leadership experience in the food and beverage sector is an added advantage.
