Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position is based in Lucknow and centers on leading the bar program as Head Mixologist. The role combines drink creation, beverage preparation, team guidance, and day-to-day bar management, with a strong focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop original cocktail menus and specialty beverages that fit the restaurant’s concept.
  • Prepare signature drinks with consistency, speed, and attention to presentation.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and help create a welcoming guest experience.
  • Oversee bar operations and ensure the beverage station runs smoothly during service.
  • Train, coach, and support team members to maintain quality and operational standards.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to match drinks with menu items and improve the dining experience.
  • Track and manage beverage inventory to avoid shortages and waste.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality-control practices at all times.
  • Contribute ideas that bring creativity and innovation to the beverage program.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service abilities for guest-facing interactions and teamwork.
  • Hands-on knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and bar supervision.
  • Experience in training and mentoring staff to support smooth operations.
  • Understanding of food and beverage pairing, along with a culinary mindset.
  • Ability to manage inventory while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Creative approach to drink development and menu innovation.
  • Previous leadership experience in the food and beverage sector is an added advantage.
