Role overview
Club HEAL is seeking a senior leader to steer corporate transformation and service integration efforts that improve organisational performance. This position focuses on shaping and delivering initiatives that streamline processes, expand automation, strengthen digital capabilities, and improve collaboration across divisions. The role also includes monitoring outcomes and presenting progress updates to the Executive Director and relevant Board committees.
Key responsibilities
- Work with leadership to translate business direction into organisational development and learning plans.
- Lead or support large-scale change programmes, including stakeholder communications and employee transition support.
- Create and roll out capability-building initiatives for leaders and staff.
- Review organisational structures, policies, and procedures and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive the digital transformation agenda, including automation, systems integration, data governance, data protection, and better use of data for decision-making.
- Design and implement an improved performance management framework aligned with the organisation’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
- Coach managers and employees on leadership, performance management, and career growth.
- Partner on talent management and succession planning efforts.
- Oversee facilities and physical infrastructure across all CH locations.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, safety compliance, space utilisation, infrastructure upgrades, and asset lifecycle planning.
- Track performance indicators and prepare progress reports for senior leadership and Board-level committees.

Required experience and profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a closely related discipline.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR, business, management, or organisational development.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
- Ability to draft approval papers and handle approval and compliance processes confidently.
- Strong process orientation with excellent organisational skills.
- Exposure to sustainability initiatives will be an added advantage.
Additional information
This role is based in Bukit Batok, West Region, Singapore. It is a full-time, onsite position.
