About the company
The Erlebnispark Tripsdrill is located between Heilbronn and Stuttgart and offers more than 100 imaginative attractions for the whole family, ranging from high-speed roller coasters and refreshing water rides to relaxed family attractions. The associated Wildparadies is home to more than 60 animal species across 47 hectares. At Natur-Resort Tripsdrill, treehouses and shepherd huts provide unusual overnight stays.
Role overview
We are looking for a Housekeeper/Hospitality House Manager (m/f/d) to join the Natur-Resort Tripsdrill team in a full-time, on-site position starting immediately.
Key duties
- Take overall responsibility for maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout the entire nature resort.
- Monitor compliance with hygiene and housekeeping standards.
- Create and maintain cleaning schedules and plans.
- Report and pass on any technical defects or maintenance issues.
- Work closely with reception and the maintenance team.
- Coordinate guest treatments and related arrangements.
Candidate profile
You should bring at least two years of professional experience in hospitality, along with a completed vocational qualification in hotel management, housekeeping, or a comparable field. The role requires willingness to work weekends, a strong focus on quality and hygiene, a high level of responsibility and dependability, and a friendly, professional approach to guests. You should also work in a structured and reliable way, communicate well, and be confident using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of English and/or additional foreign languages is an advantage, as is a valid driving licence.
Additional requirement
A clean police clearance certificate is required.
