Role Overview

Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen is looking for a part-time Guest Services team member in Pembroke Pines, FL. This position is focused on delivering a smooth, welcoming dine-in experience and supporting accurate, timely service from order taking through food delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Review the station before, during, and after the shift to ensure it is properly arranged and clean.
• Welcome guests warmly, answer questions, and share details about specials or current restaurant promotions.
• Enter guest orders into the POS system so the kitchen receives the correct order details.
• Collect completed orders from the kitchen, verify accuracy, and bring them to guests.
• Check in with guests during their meal to make sure they are satisfied.
• Follow all applicable state and federal rules, along with restaurant alcohol policies, especially when serving minors or intoxicated guests.

Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• A valid Food Worker Card is required.
• At least 1 year of prior serving experience is preferred.
• You should be able to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
• A courteous, friendly, and professional approach is essential.
• The role requires the ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for long periods.

Compensation
