Role Summary
In this position, you will be the hotel’s face to guests and play an important part in shaping a warm, memorable stay. The role calls for someone who can stay ahead of guest needs, respond to questions with care, and make sure any service concerns are handled properly and followed through without delay. You are also expected to suggest practical options when needed so that guest expectations are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
