About the Role
Cloud Spaces is looking for a driven Guest Relations & Back-up Sales professional to join its Riyadh team. The position is designed for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting sales activity, and helping run day-to-day office operations in a high-end coworking setting.
What You Will Do
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s premium service standards.
- Assist the Center Manager with sales efforts, membership renewals, and overall client satisfaction.
- Handle client onboarding, daily check-ins, and follow-up communication to support a smooth customer experience.
- Track and manage leads, support upselling efforts, and keep CRM information up to date and accurate.
- Step in at reception when needed to keep front-desk operations running smoothly.
- Help with invoicing support, collections, and routine administrative tasks in a careful and professional manner.
Performance Expectations
- Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention levels.
- Meet sales conversion goals and complete certification as a back-up seller.
- Support a well-organized, efficient, and professional team environment.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Prior exposure to client service, customer support, or sales assistance is an advantage, though genuine interest in these areas is also welcomed.
- Clear communication skills, strong interpersonal ability, and polished professional presentation are important for this role.
- You should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving results.
- Experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and basic billing work is preferred.
