Role Overview
Printemps Doha is seeking a Guest Relation Officer to deliver outstanding service and help create a polished, welcoming experience for every guest. In this role, you will represent the brand on the floor, support visitors throughout their journey, respond to questions, and handle concerns quickly and professionally to ensure each interaction feels smooth and memorable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of guest care that reflects a luxury retail environment.
- Serve as a representative of the brand and maintain a warm, refined presence with visitors.
- Respond to guest questions clearly and efficiently.
- Address complaints and service issues in a calm, professional manner.
- Help ensure guests enjoy a consistent and seamless experience during their visit.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, tourism, communications, or a similar discipline is required.
- Additional training or certifications in customer service or guest relations are considered an advantage.
- Applicants should have 2 to 3 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality, ideally in a luxury setting.
- A strong history of delivering excellent customer experiences is expected.
- Good verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills, is essential.
- Experience resolving guest complaints and handling service recovery situations is important.
Job-Specific Skills
- Working knowledge of luxury brands, designers, products, and market trends.
- Understanding of luxury service standards and formal guest etiquette.
- Ability to support sales conversations, present products persuasively, and assist with negotiation.
- Strong issue-resolution skills for managing inquiries and complaints.
- Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Basic awareness of styling concepts, body types, and current fashion direction.
- Comfort using CRM tools to track guest details and interactions.
- Familiarity with store policies, procedures, and available services.
- Knowledge of the products and services offered to guests.
Additional Information
This position is based in Doha, Qatar and is a full-time, onsite role. The opportunity focuses on premium guest experience within a luxury retail setting.
