About the Role

This position is focused on creating a guest journey that feels effortless, memorable, and distinctly personal rather than simply handling check-in and check-out. The Guest Experience Expert is expected to proactively support guests throughout their stay by handling a variety of service needs, resolving requests, preparing reports, and sharing helpful local insights. The role is based in Doha, Qatar, and is a full-time, non-management position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support guests throughout their stay by delivering a broad range of front-line services.
  • Take initiative to address operational tasks and guest needs without waiting to be told.
  • Handle transactions and service interactions in a way that feels seamless and guest-friendly.
  • Process routine operational requirements and complete necessary reports.
  • Respond to guest requests and help solve issues in a timely manner.
  • Share useful information and highlights about the surrounding area when needed.
  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment at all times.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently.
  • Protect company property and safeguard confidential information.
  • Maintain a polished appearance, proper uniform standards, and professional communication.
  • Remain mobile and active for extended periods, including standing, sitting, and walking for long durations.
  • Perform hands-on tasks that may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or placing items up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned to support the guest experience and business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or an equivalent GED qualification is preferred.
  • No prior related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory background is necessary.
  • No license or certification is needed for this role.
