Job description
Role Overview
The Guest Experience Expert is focused on creating a stay that feels personal, seamless, and memorable. This role goes beyond routine check-in and check-out duties by supporting guests throughout their visit, taking initiative, and handling a variety of service and operational tasks. The aim is to make every interaction feel like a meaningful part of the guest experience.
Key Duties
- Support guests across their full stay with a wide range of services and assistance.
- Handle operational tasks and guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Complete reports and other required administrative work.
- Share helpful information about the local area and nearby highlights.
- Approach the role proactively, moving around the space as needed to take care of guest needs.
Work Standards and Expectations
- Maintain a safe workplace at all times.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Protect confidential information and safeguard company assets.
- Keep uniform, grooming, and communication standards professional.
- Be prepared for extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking.
- Be able to perform hands-on tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned to support guests and business needs.
Location and Schedule
This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar, at Al Corniche Street. The role is not remote.
Preferred Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred. No prior related work experience is required, and no supervisory experience or license/certification is needed.
