Role Overview
This position is focused on creating a guest journey that feels memorable, smooth, and personal rather than simply handling check-in and check-out. The Guest Experience Expert supports visitors throughout their stay by taking initiative, handling operational tasks, responding to requests, preparing reports, and sharing helpful local recommendations. The role is designed to make each interaction feel like a meaningful part of the overall experience.
Key Duties
- Support guests through the full stay by providing a wide range of front-desk and guest service assistance.
- Handle operational needs and guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and complete reports as required.
- Share information and highlights about the local area to enrich the guest experience.
- Contribute to smooth check-in, check-out, and day-to-day guest interactions.

This role requires being active throughout the shift, including standing, sitting, or walking for long periods, and performing hands-on tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or placing items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED-equivalent is preferred. No prior related work experience is required, and no supervisory background is needed. No license or certification is necessary for this role.
