Guest Arrival Expert - Bellboy

Role Overview

In this guest-facing role, you will help shape the first and last impression of the hotel experience. The position focuses on welcoming arriving guests, supporting departures, and making each interaction feel smooth, warm, and memorable. You will handle a mix of service, operational support, guest communication, and local area guidance to ensure every stay feels personalized and well cared for.

Key Duties

• Assist guests throughout arrival and departure so their experience feels seamless and memorable.
• Provide a variety of on-the-ground guest services based on operational needs and guest requests.
• Support routine hotel operations, including completing reports and handling assigned tasks efficiently.
• Share useful information about the local area to help guests feel oriented and informed.
• Make everyday transactions and service interactions feel like part of the overall hospitality experience.

Work Expectations

The role calls for a professional, hands-on approach and a strong focus on service quality. You are expected to follow company policies and procedures, protect guest and company information, safeguard company assets, maintain a polished appearance, and communicate professionally at all times. The job also requires extensive time on your feet and regular movement around the property, including standing, walking, and handling physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items. You should be able to manage objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects over 75 pounds with assistance.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or GED-equivalent is preferred. No prior work experience is required, and no supervisory background is needed. No license or certification is necessary for this position.
