About the Role

At Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, we believe the first impression is crucial, both upon arrival and departure. As a Guest Arrival Expert, you will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they step into the hotel until they leave. You will proactively offer a wide range of services to guide guests through their check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all transactions are seamlessly integrated into their overall stay. This role involves operational tasks, responding to guest inquiries, generating reports, and sharing local insights, all contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience for all guests.
• Provide a comprehensive range of services to assist guests during check-in and check-out.
• Handle operational tasks efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction by sharing relevant local information and points of interest.
• Ensure all guest interactions are positive and contribute to a memorable stay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• No prior related work experience is necessary.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• Must be able to stand and move for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg without assistance and over 34 kg with assistance.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Adherence to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• Professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication is essential.
• Protect company assets and uphold quality standards at all times.
