Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner organization, which will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The partner is hiring a GTM Strategist located in Germany.
You will join a fast-growing developer platform where go-to-market strategy, analytics, and execution come together to improve how commercial teams operate at scale. In this role, you will design and refine the systems that support revenue performance, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering to bring data, processes, and decisions into alignment. The position combines strategic planning with practical analytical work and requires hands-on involvement in revenue operations, forecasting, segmentation, and performance analysis. Your work will help build scalable GTM infrastructure that improves visibility into customer behavior, strengthens conversion, and supports sustainable growth. This is a highly collaborative role with measurable business impact, suited to someone who enjoys fast-moving environments and building foundations from the ground up.
Key accountabilities
- Take ownership of the full revenue operations strategy, with emphasis on customer success, including pipeline health, forecasting, territory planning, and capacity planning.
- Create and sustain a dependable single source of truth for revenue and usage information across different systems so teams can rely on accurate, accessible data.
- Work with Sales leadership to shape segmentation approaches, coverage models, and quota structures that reflect developer-led buying patterns.
- Define core GTM metrics across the funnel, from acquisition through expansion, and turn those numbers into insights that support business decisions.
- Drive the RevOps roadmap by setting priorities for tools, assessing systems, and managing vendor partnerships to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Partner closely with Finance on forecasting and revenue alignment to keep operational models and financial models consistent.
- Collaborate with engineering and GTM systems teams to automate workflows and build scalable data pipelines that put strategy into practice.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, or Strategy Consulting, ideally within a B2B SaaS or developer-focused company.
- Strong working knowledge of GTM tools such as HubSpot, BigQuery, and modern data-stack platforms, with the ability to work through complex datasets.
- Practical SQL experience and the ability to pull and interpret insights directly from data without support.
- Background in creating or improving sales processes, forecasting approaches, or territory models in a high-growth setting.
- Understanding of product-led growth, including usage-based signals and the shift from PLG motions to sales-led conversion.
- Clear cross-functional communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Self-directed working style with strong ownership, execution focus, and the ability to build scalable systems from scratch.
Benefits and perks
- Completely remote global setup with the freedom to work from anywhere.
- Equity participation through ESOP, giving you a share in the company’s long-term growth.
- Allowance for your remote work setup.
- Health coverage for employees, plus partial coverage for dependents.
- Annual learning and development budget for courses, conferences, and professional growth.
- Regular global off-sites for collaboration and team connection.
- Flexible asynchronous work culture built on trust and autonomy.
- Chance to contribute to a fast-scaling, developer-first product ecosystem.
Hiring and data processing notes
The application is reviewed through an AI-assisted matching process designed to screen candidates quickly, fairly, and objectively against the role’s core requirements. The system identifies the strongest matches, and the shortlist is then sent to the hiring company. Final decisions, including interviews and assessments, are handled by the company’s internal team.
By applying, you agree that the intermediary will process your personal data to assess your candidacy and share relevant information with the employer. This is done on the basis of legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to processing at any time.
AI tools may also support parts of the recruitment process, such as resume review, response analysis, or checking for inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials. These tools assist the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment; final hiring decisions are made by people. For questions about data processing, you can contact the hiring team.
