This opportunity is being advertised on behalf of a partner company, which will handle all applications and subsequent hiring steps. The employer is seeking a GTM Recruiter based in Germany.
You’ll play a key role in creating and scaling a global go-to-market recruiting engine within a rapidly growing, AI-led business. The position is centered on hiring strong commercial, product, and technical talent across several geographies, including the US, EU, and LATAM. Working in a fast-moving setting, you’ll collaborate directly with founders and senior leaders to shape hiring plans, strengthen the candidate journey, and help accelerate business growth. Success in this role depends on strong ownership, quick execution, comfort with uncertainty, and the ability to build repeatable recruitment systems from scratch. This is a highly hands-on role where the quality and speed of hiring will have a direct effect on the company’s direction.
Key accountabilities
- Develop and run a worldwide GTM and cross-functional hiring plan spanning engineering, AI/ML, product, commercial, and leadership roles.
- Manage the complete recruiting cycle, from talent sourcing and screening through interviews, offer handling, and closing candidates in competitive markets.
- Work closely with founders and hiring managers to clarify role needs, ideal candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and how the company should position each opportunity in the market.
- Create inventive sourcing approaches that reach outstanding candidates beyond the usual inbound applicant flow.
- Set up and steadily refine structured hiring workflows, candidate experience practices, and employer branding efforts.
- Build pipeline monitoring, recruiting analytics, and reporting processes to track performance and improve hiring results.
- Continuously raise hiring quality and speed while preserving a high standard for talent.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups or rapidly scaling technology companies.
- Demonstrated success in building or substantially expanding recruiting operations, including workflow design, ATS processes, and sourcing methods.
- Strong history of hiring for GTM, technical, and leadership positions in highly competitive talent markets.
- Very high ownership, initiative, and the ability to perform well in intense, fast-paced environments.
- Advanced sourcing capability with a proven ability to find and engage passive, high-caliber candidates using creative tactics.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including using KPIs and metrics to improve recruitment performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including confidence influencing senior leaders.
- Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity, shifting priorities, and demanding expectations.
- Strong execution pace paired with careful attention to detail and a strong candidate experience focus.
