Role overview
This is a permanent full-time grounds position based in Bull Creek, Western Australia. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, and includes a monthly rostered day off. The role offers salary packaging, superannuation, and a strong work-life balance.

Key duties
You will help keep the village grounds in excellent condition and maintain the overall presentation of the estate.
- Care for lawns, gardens, and communal outdoor areas
- Use and maintain outdoor tools and machinery such as mowers, hedgers, and chainsaws
- Carry out weeding, pruning, mulching, fertilising, and general plant care
- Support landscaping improvements and day-to-day site upkeep
- Assist with basic reticulation and irrigation maintenance
- Ensure exterior areas remain safe, clean, and inviting
What you need
- Prior experience in groundskeeping or garden maintenance is essential
- A manual driver’s licence
- Comfort and confidence with tools, equipment, and irrigation systems
- A chainsaw licence or the willingness to obtain one
- A dependable, physically capable, and safety-conscious approach
- A positive manner when dealing with residents and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
