They are hiring a creative and meticulous Graphic & UX/UI Designer to support a growing set of brands with strong visual communication and effective digital experiences.
Role Summary
This position combines visual branding, interface design, and website development. The successful candidate will bring a strong design eye, a practical understanding of user experience, and hands-on experience working with modern CMS and no-code website tools.
The role is central to building brand identity, improving digital interactions, and developing or refining websites for multiple brands in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
What You Will Do
- Create digital and print marketing assets such as social media creatives, presentations, ads, signage, branded materials, and other visual content.
- Design and keep responsive websites visually polished and engaging.
- Develop, refresh, and administer websites using WordPress, Squarespace, Framer, or comparable CMS/no-code solutions.
- Produce wireframes, page mockups, and user interface designs for websites and digital products.
- Use UX/UI best practices to strengthen usability, navigation, accessibility, and the overall user journey.
- Refine site structure, layout, and content to support performance, mobile responsiveness, and conversion goals.
- Work with internal stakeholders on branding, marketing initiatives, and website enhancements.
- Build and sustain consistent visual standards across digital and print channels.
- Contribute to user journey optimization and continuing UX improvements across web assets.
- Handle several projects and deadlines across different brands and business units at the same time.
- Diagnose issues, make updates, and steadily improve website functionality and design quality.
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal applicant should have at least 3 years of experience in graphic design, web design, UX/UI design, or a similar discipline, along with a portfolio that clearly shows work in graphic design, websites, and UX/UI.
Hands-on experience building websites with tools such as WordPress, Squarespace, Framer, Wix, or similar platforms is required. A strong grasp of responsive design, UX/UI fundamentals, and web best practices is also important.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or equivalent design software is expected. Experience developing wireframes, mockups, and website layouts is also needed.
Strong accuracy, time management, and the ability to juggle several priorities are key to success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Framer is a significant advantage. Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or comparable design tools is also preferred.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, experience supporting more than one brand or business unit, and skills in photography, video editing, or motion graphics would be beneficial.
What We Offer
- The chance to contribute across a varied portfolio of innovative businesses and brands.
- Exposure to modern AI tools and emerging technologies.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial, and fast-moving work culture.
- Opportunities to grow within a company that is actively expanding.
