Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The selected candidate will turn brand direction and campaign concepts into polished visual materials for both digital and print use, such as social media creatives, marketing assets, and presentation decks. The role requires close coordination with account managers, copywriters, and PR professionals, along with active participation in brainstorming and concept development. You will also prepare artwork for production, refine designs based on internal and client input, and manage deadlines in a busy, hospitality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert brand strategy and campaign ideas into effective visual content for online and offline channels.
- Design social media assets, marketing collateral, and presentation materials that support client objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and improve visual identities in line with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with account managers, copywriters, and PR team members throughout the creative process.
- Take part in idea-generation sessions and help shape creative concepts.
- Prepare final artwork and production-ready files.
- Revise designs based on feedback from the internal team and clients.
- Deliver work within deadlines while handling multiple projects at once.
Requirements
- Proven ability to create strong graphic design outputs for both digital and print applications.
- Hands-on experience with branding and logo design, especially for hospitality or lifestyle clients.
- Good grasp of typography, layout, and visual balance.
- Proficiency with professional design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or comparable tools.
- A portfolio showing contemporary, creative work, preferably with hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle examples.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organised under pressure.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and act on feedback.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Basic motion graphics or simple video editing knowledge is a plus.
Working Environment
The role is based in Dubai and requires on-site presence. It is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced, creative setting and wants to work closely with a multidisciplinary team serving hospitality-focused brands.
