Role overview
The Graphic Designer will craft clear, attractive visual materials that strengthen brand identity and help communicate marketing and communication messages effectively. This position turns ideas and briefs into polished visuals for both digital and print use, while keeping all output aligned with brand standards.
What you will do
- Develop original design ideas and produce creative assets for social media, advertisements, presentations, brochures, posters, infographics, website graphics, and other marketing collateral.
- Review project briefs, understand the objective, and convert requirements into designs that suit the intended audience.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, including the use of typography, colors, layout, and visual style.
- Work with marketing, content, product, and communications teams to deliver cohesive creative materials that support campaigns and wider business goals.
- Edit and enhance images, prepare final artwork for production, and adapt designs for different channels and formats.
- Handle several projects at once, organize priorities, and deliver work on time without compromising quality.
- Revise designs based on stakeholder comments and feedback to reach the best possible outcome.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and modern visual communication approaches.
- Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and support concept development that improves storytelling and audience engagement.
