Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will work on digital design tasks, supporting website layout creation and client design updates while maintaining quality, consistency, and brand standards. This role requires flexibility with rotational shifts and weekly offs, along with the ability to meet turnaround times and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Work flexible rotational shifts and weekly off schedules as needed.
- Complete assignments within defined turnaround times and meet KPI and target expectations.
- Support clients throughout the process of updating and refining existing design work.
- Build visually appealing website layouts that can be translated into functional live websites.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
- Help develop designs that are visually strong, responsive, and original.
- Review feedback from team leaders and colleagues, then make revisions accordingly.
- Stay current with new design tools, software, and production techniques.
- Share relevant knowledge and practical ideas with team members.
- Organize and prioritize design work according to daily workload and urgency.
- Adjust quickly to changing design trends and client expectations.
- Maintain a professional, imaginative, and solution-oriented approach to all design tasks.
- Support a positive team culture and uphold the creative quality expected by the team.
- Maintain proper records of design files, comments, and revision history.
- Follow brand guidelines carefully to ensure consistent output across all materials.
- Take part in team-building initiatives that strengthen collaboration and morale.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a relevant design role.
- Good understanding of digital marketing design needs and deliverables.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively.
- Hands-on knowledge of Bootstrap, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Basic familiarity with JavaScript and jQuery is preferred and sufficient at an introductory level.
- Exposure to WordPress will be considered an added advantage.
