Role Summary

The Graphic Designer, Content Creator role sits inside the Marketing and Communications team and focuses on producing fast, highly effective digital creative. The position blends brand stewardship with content creation, requiring strong independence, quick execution, and a sharp eye for visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate has experience working in-house or in a corporate creative environment and is comfortable both building scalable Canva template systems and handling detailed brand work in Adobe tools. This role connects executive-level brand standards with content that resonates with agents and internal audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Social media creative

  • Develop eye-catching social graphics and layouts for channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and newer platforms.
  • Create and upkeep a robust set of Canva templates tailored to repeated social media formats.
  • Turn around content quickly for major campaigns, important company events, and urgent announcements.

Canva template systems and governance

  • Design, expand, and manage both public-facing and internal Canva templates for large groups of agents and employees.
  • Produce assets at scale by accurately placing complex copy and data into reusable templates.
  • Keep master files locked down, organized clearly, and strictly aligned with brand standards so non-designers can use them easily.

Email and digital assets

  • Create polished email graphics, custom modules, and banners for HubSpot campaigns.
  • Adapt creative into multiple digital formats such as web banners, event assets, and digital signage while following established brand rules.

Corporate and executive design

  • Prepare refined materials for leadership and corporate audiences, including presentations, one-pagers, and internal communications.
  • Translate detailed brand standards into executive-ready outputs with careful attention to polish, accuracy, and layout consistency.
  • Work closely with the Communications team on visuals for announcements, reports, and priority leadership initiatives.
  • Partner with Senior Designers to refine and evolve creative while remaining fully on-brand.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on professional experience in content creation, social media design, or an in-house corporate creative role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a similar field, or equivalent portfolio-based professional experience.
  • Strong ability to work independently and deliver quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience producing work that balances brand discipline with engaging digital storytelling.
