Overview
Inspire Education Group is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join its busy Marketing team in Stamford, England. This role offers the chance to contribute to student recruitment campaigns, strengthen the organisation’s visual identity, and support projects that highlight the opportunities available across the colleges.
The position suits both experienced designers seeking a new challenge and developing creatives who want to build their career while working on high-impact campaigns seen by prospective students, parents, employers, and other stakeholders.
Role Summary
As part of the marketing function, you will create visual content for both print and digital platforms. Working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, Digital Marketing Manager, and wider team, you will help produce design work that supports campaigns and delivers strong results.
Key Duties
- Create polished marketing collateral such as prospectuses, brochures, flyers, signage, advertising materials, and promotional campaign assets.
- Develop digital creative for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Help maintain and develop the Inspire Education Group visual brand across different channels.
- Work with colleagues across the organisation to deliver creative solutions for varied projects.
- Support photography, video production, and the organisation of digital media assets.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and print partners to achieve high production quality.
- Handle several design assignments at once while keeping a strong eye on detail and meeting deadlines.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong organisation and a commitment to producing high-quality design work. A degree in Graphic Design or a similar creative discipline is preferred, along with a portfolio that demonstrates effective design across print and digital media.
You should have solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite, strong typography and layout skills, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly through visual work. Good proofreading ability, a collaborative approach, and the confidence to manage competing priorities are also important.
Experience in an in-house marketing team, agency, or commercial design setting would be helpful, though it is not required.
