- Create visual content in both still and animated formats based on the presentation style and client brief.
- Convert static material into engaging motion-led content using animation, video, and interactive elements through Adobe tools or other animation/web platforms.
- Prepare artwork for print collateral such as books, boards, brochures, posters, and flyers.
- Produce large-format graphics for applications including wayfinding, manifestations, hoardings, and other physical branding assets.
- Manage production within budget limits and coordinate with external print suppliers to achieve high-quality output.
- Design and develop creative websites and portals for presentations and content delivery, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and easy to use.
- Oversee design work in a fast-moving corporate setting, keeping files organised, timelines on track, and stakeholders informed so deadlines are met.
Experience and skills required
- At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design, or UX design in an office-based environment.
- A relevant degree or higher education qualification is preferred.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, along with web design platforms.
- Working knowledge of current motion design tools, AI-assisted tools, and modern web design platforms.
- Ability to think creatively and produce visually compelling, functional design solutions.
- Good understanding of branding principles and the discipline to work strictly within brand guidelines.
- High attention to detail, including accuracy in design, spelling, grammar, and layout consistency.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle several projects and tight deadlines under pressure, particularly for client-facing materials and tenders.
- Confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills for teamwork and client interaction.
