Role Overview
This position is for a versatile designer who can handle both visual design and digital production work. The role sits at the crossroads of design, technology, and storytelling, and will shape how the brand appears across web, social, and video channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain WordPress pages and landing pages while staying consistent with brand guidelines.
- Produce visual assets, layouts, and graphics for digital and print use.
- Edit short-form videos, including Reels, Shorts, and social media clips, from raw footage.
- Handle image and video cropping, retouching, and preparation for use across different platforms.
- Create and refine UI/UX elements for websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing efforts.
- Design social media visuals for platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
- Use AI-based creative tools to speed up ideation and content production.
- Work closely with marketing, editorial, and events teams to deliver polished work on deadline.
- Help keep the design system consistent while contributing to brand development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, supported by a well-rounded portfolio.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Practical WordPress experience, including page building, theme edits, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Video editing capability, especially for clipping, captioning, and repurposing content for short-form formats.
- Good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and responsive design.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools.
- Comfort using Canva to create quick-turnaround marketing and social content.
- Experience creating content for major social media platforms.
- Ability to juggle several projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear communication skills and openness to design feedback.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Sarasota, Florida.
