About the Role
Join Aman Group’s corporate team and contribute to a global luxury brand with offices in Zug, London, Dubai, Singapore, Bangkok, Miami, and New York. This position sits within the Aman Essentials team and reports to the Senior Brand and Design Manager. The role is centered on producing polished, production-ready creative assets across print, digital, and experiential touchpoints, while maintaining Aman’s high-end visual standards.
What You’ll Do
You will collaborate with creative and project teams to support global campaigns and brand initiatives, ensuring every output is aligned with the brand’s premium identity.
- Create brand-consistent design assets for print, digital, and experiential use, working from established creative direction.
- Produce final-ready materials such as brochures, signage, packaging, and digital layouts for marketing and brand projects.
- Translate mood boards and creative briefs into draft concepts for review and refinement.
- Maintain strict alignment with Aman’s visual identity, style rules, and quality expectations.
- Flag any visual inconsistencies to the Senior Graphic Designer Manager when needed.
- Contribute to reusable templates, creative asset libraries, and adaptable regional formats.
- Help preserve design consistency across multi-channel campaigns and branded content.
- Work closely with Brand Projects, Copywriting, and Marketing teams to support storytelling goals.
- Take part in review cycles and apply feedback to improve design iterations.
- Advise on layout efficiency and visual clarity where needed.
- Support scheduling by monitoring asset readiness and highlighting possible design delays.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has several years of relevant design experience and can demonstrate strong craft and production discipline.
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, branded residences, or premium lifestyle brands.
- A strong portfolio showing high-quality work in layout, typography, and visual storytelling across print and digital media.
- A technical diploma or university degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a closely related discipline.
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Figma is an added advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate, production-ready files.
