About the role
Life Celebration, Inc. is seeking a motivated entry-level graphic design professional to join its print design team in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania. The company produces personalized memorial products for funeral services across the country, and this role combines creative design work with client communication to help create thoughtful, high-quality pieces for families.
This is a full-time, on-site position with a Tuesday through Saturday workweek. The right candidate will bring creativity, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility to a fast-paced environment where design quality and customer care both matter.
What you will do
You will create print-ready memorial designs and serve as an initial point of contact for clients. The role requires balancing design production, order handling, and supportive communication to help ensure every project is completed accurately and delivered on time.
Design responsibilities
- Develop print-ready artwork for memorial products
- Work with team members to stay on schedule and uphold quality standards
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative thinking to each assignment
Customer service responsibilities
- Speak with clients by phone and email
- Accurately process and track customer orders with care
- Handle concerns professionally, with empathy and close attention to detail
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely completion and delivery
Qualifications
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign
- A degree or certificate in graphic design or a related discipline from an accredited school
- A portfolio that clearly shows design ability
- Interest in learning, improving, and working collaboratively
Customer service strengths
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Professional, calm, and compassionate communication style
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy setting
- Prior customer service experience is beneficial
Job details
This role is full time and requires on-site attendance in Montgomeryville, PA. The schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday. Shift options include 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, and overtime may be available. Pay is $18.00 per hour, plus bonus pay opportunities.
