Location and Work Setup
This position is based in the company’s newly opened office in the Beverly Hills area and requires full-time presence in the office. The organization values in-person collaboration as a driver of creativity, teamwork, and culture. The role may also involve travel when needed to support partnerships, programming, and brand-related initiatives.
Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will help shape the brand across all customer and internal touchpoints. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Director, this person will contribute to a visual and narrative identity that aligns with the brand’s polished, editorial style rooted in travel and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn brand direction into engaging creative assets for digital, social, and experiential channels.
- Build campaigns, content frameworks, and visual narratives that strengthen the brand story.
- Guide social and editorial design output to preserve consistency and high quality.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to deliver smooth and refined digital journeys.
- Coordinate with outside agencies, photographers, and production vendors.
- Update and expand brand standards as the company continues to grow.

- Work in an AI-native way by designing, managing, and improving agentic workflows that significantly increase output and efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in creative roles, preferably with luxury, lifestyle, travel, or editorial brands.
- A portfolio that clearly shows brand development and storytelling capability.
- Hands-on experience producing work for digital, social, and campaign-driven environments.
- A polished design sensibility with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup setting.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is USD 85,000 to USD 95,000. In addition, the role is eligible for the Company Bonus Incentive Plan, which is tied to business profitability, overall performance, and individual contribution. Final compensation will be based on knowledge, skills, role-specific qualifications, market location, and experience.
