The Galley designs and manufactures award-winning product lines including the Galley Workstation®, Galley Tap®, and Galley Dresser®. Working through an expanding network of dealers, designers, builders, architects, and distributors across North America, the company focuses on reimagining kitchen experiences with products that combine innovation, engineering, and refined craftsmanship.

Role Overview

The Galley is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to strengthen its marketing, sales, and product development teams by producing polished print and digital creative assets. This is a full-time position based in the office in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The person in this role should bring strong creativity, a structured working style, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to juggle several projects at once while keeping brand standards intact.

What You’ll Do

  • Create marketing and sales materials such as brochures, catalogs, ads, presentations, web graphics, trade show pieces, and dealer-facing resources.
  • Develop and refresh website imagery, digital content, product photography assets, and other brand-related visuals.
  • Keep the creative asset library organized, including files, versions, templates, logos, renderings, photography, and other design resources.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to build both promotional and technical design deliverables.
  • Partner with printers, photographers, vendors, and external collaborators to help produce and deliver marketing collateral.
  • Support product launches, dealer communications, events, trade shows, and other marketing campaigns with creative outputs.
  • Help with project coordination, documentation, file handling, and general administrative support for the marketing function.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all product lines and communications by following existing brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator at an advanced level.
  • Solid capability in layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Comfort working with color, imagery, fonts, and composition to create effective marketing and sales content.
  • Practical experience designing for both print and digital formats, with an understanding of the different constraints of each.
  • Ability to follow brand standards while keeping outputs consistent across materials.
  • Skill in turning complex ideas into clear, visually effective communication pieces.
  • Experience taking projects from concept development through final production and delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with photo retouching, color correction, and image editing.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management abilities.
  • Capacity to manage several priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Self-driven, meticulous, and comfortable working independently.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to CAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling, rendering tools, or technical drawing software.
  • Experience producing technical illustrations, renderings, specification sheets, installation guides, or similar product documentation.
  • Ability to build presentations using Pitch, PowerPoint, or comparable software.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom.
  • Experience maintaining website assets, digital content, and creative asset libraries.

Working Conditions

This role is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma and requires working from the office. It is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Marketing. Some travel may occasionally be needed.
