Role overview
Penspen is looking for newly qualified engineering graduates from Process, Civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical backgrounds to join its Abu Dhabi team as part of a wider effort to develop UAE national talent.

Role purpose
This engineering position supports project teams and broader business activities by assisting with discipline-specific engineering work as needed.
Training and learning outcomes
- Build a foundation in core engineering principles.
- Gain familiarity with international standards, codes and engineering practices.
- Understand the full design lifecycle, from concept development through detailed design.
- Learn how to prepare non-critical engineering design documentation.
Candidate profile
- The applicant must have completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- A specialization aligned with the relevant engineering discipline is required.
- A positive attitude toward learning and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment are essential.
- Basic knowledge of engineering processes is expected.
