Its work spans social causes, medical support, animal welfare, old age homes, blind children, disaster relief, and other meaningful campaigns. The team runs digital fundraising efforts designed to reach genuine donors and deliver measurable impact.

Role Overview

The organization is seeking a highly analytical Google Ads Specialist who can plan, run, improve, and grow fundraising campaigns through Google Ads. The role calls for someone who can protect ROI, stay within policy requirements, and continuously improve campaign outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, manage, and fine-tune Google Ads campaigns for fundraising and donation-driven initiatives.
  • Run and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and remarketing.
  • Perform keyword planning, audience analysis, competitor review, and overall campaign strategy.
  • Draft persuasive ad text, including headlines, descriptions, and calls to action, to raise CTR and conversions.
  • Track daily results such as ad spend, leads, donations, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and donor quality.
  • Improve donation volume, lower donation acquisition cost, and strengthen return on ad spend.
  • Handle sizable budgets carefully and distribute spend appropriately across campaigns.
  • Implement and review conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and landing-page actions.
  • Partner with creative, content, video, and web teams to lift campaign performance.
  • Spot policy concerns, ad disapprovals, and account alerts, and work with Google Support when needed.
  • Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with analysis and next-step recommendations.
  • Experiment with campaign types, creative assets, landing pages, audiences, bidding models, and funnel changes.
  • Ensure all promotions comply with Google Ads policies, donation-platform rules, and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for launches tied to festivals, medical emergencies, animal rescue efforts, and other urgent social campaigns.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Practical, hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and remarketing.
  • Experience with lead generation, donation, e-commerce, or other performance-oriented campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
  • Comfort with data analysis and performance-led decision-making.
  • Solid ad copywriting skills and the ability to structure campaigns effectively.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, landing page enhancement, and funnel optimization.
  • Capability to manage high budgets with accountability and a results-first mindset.
  • Clear reporting and communication abilities.
  • Basic familiarity with Meta Ads is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous exposure to NGO, crowdfunding, donation, healthcare, animal welfare, or social-impact campaigns.
  • Experience scaling campaigns with monthly budgets above ₹10 lakh.
  • Knowledge of Google Ad Grants is beneficial.
  • Google Ads certifications in Search, Display, Video, or Measurement are preferred.

Working Pattern

  • Flexibility is required to support urgent launches, festival campaigns, and emergency fundraising efforts when needed.
