Role Overview
This full-time remote position is based in Lucknow and is suited for a digital advertising professional with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in paid campaigns.
What You Will Do
- Set up, manage, and refine Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube, along with Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram, with a focus on hosting and server-related products.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, remarketing, and A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness.
- Continuously review and enhance key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions to maximize return on investment.
- Allocate and control ad spend efficiently while identifying opportunities to expand top-performing campaigns.
- Work closely with design, SEO, content, and sales teams to align ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign goals.
- Use Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to track results and prepare regular performance updates.
- Maintain accurate conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and lead flow across all campaigns.
Experience Required
The role calls for 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in paid media, PPC, or digital campaign management.
