About the Role

Plaza Group is among Ireland’s well-known independent operators of motorway and primary-route service locations. This opportunity is based at the Barack Obama Plaza and is part of the wider Supermac’s and Plaza Group team. The position is focused on keeping stock movements accurate and supporting the site with light maintenance work across indoor and outdoor areas.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee incoming and outgoing goods, making sure deliveries match purchasing instructions and are handled accurately.
• Keep the back-of-house storage area secure, tidy, and well organised, while coordinating supplier access and movements.
• Arrange stock in the store room and display areas in line with food safety rules.
• Forward daily invoices and delivery paperwork to the office.
• Carry out general upkeep tasks across the site as needed, both inside and outside.
• Complete maintenance work with as little disruption as possible for customers, while maintaining strong workmanship standards.
• Look after outdoor areas, including storage spaces, the forecourt, and car parks, and keep them clean.
• Track stock movements and complete weekly stock counts.
• Maintain hygiene and cleaning standards in line with QSC expectations and HACCP requirements.
• Store returns correctly and keep the related records in order.
• Handle a wide range of light maintenance duties so the site remains in excellent condition.

Additional Duties

• Follow company rules, operating procedures, and security measures at all times.
• Help train team members when needed.
• Deal professionally with customers and suppliers in every interaction.
• Support waste removal activities and encourage recycling across the site.
• Manage combi breakdown, storage, and return processes safely and hygienically.
• Work in line with health and safety requirements and escalate any breaches to management.
• Keep forecourt areas clean, empty bins, and assist with landscaping tasks.
• Use the compactor safely and in compliance with health and safety guidance.
• Take on other site-based tasks as assigned.

Working Conditions

This is a busy, sometimes physically demanding role. At certain times, you may need to remain on your feet for extended periods without sitting.
