Job description
Role Overview
This position is focused on expanding the gold loan business across Maharashtra through distributor-led sourcing and a digital application platform. The role combines sales growth, partner management, operational coordination, and support for digital adoption to improve business outcomes and customer experience.
Business Development and Revenue Growth
- Grow the gold loan portfolio by leveraging the distributor ecosystem and the digital app channel.
- Map, approach, onboard, and activate distributors, DSAs, and other channel partners.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly business achievement targets.
- Plan and execute initiatives that improve sourcing volume and customer acquisition.
Distributor and Partner Management
- Develop productive long-term relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Run periodic product sessions and training programs for partners.
- Keep partners engaged and improve their contribution to business output.
- Address partner questions and operational concerns quickly and effectively.
Operations and Process Coordination
- Work with operations and credit functions to ensure loan processing runs smoothly.
- Support frictionless onboarding and disbursal through the application flow.
- Track turnaround times, application movement, and customer experience indicators.
- Maintain strict compliance with KYC norms, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Digital Channel and App Support
- Encourage adoption of the distributor app and promote effective day-to-day usage.
- Coordinate with product and technology stakeholders to enhance the user journey.
- Review app activity, conversion performance, and business dashboards regularly.
- Share suggestions that can improve workflows, processes, and digital capabilities.
