Role Overview
NEW TECHNOLOGIES FRONTIERS GROUP is hiring a remote, full-time Global Operation Recruitment Associate to support international hiring for its technology-focused teams. This position is geared toward experienced, driven recruiters who can identify and attract developers, IT engineers, AI researchers, and other professional talent across global channels.
What You Will Do
The role involves partnering with department leaders to define hiring needs, crafting compelling vacancy descriptions, sourcing strong candidates, reviewing applicants, and conducting interviews. You will also help shape and strengthen a diverse, high-performing team through effective talent acquisition practices.
Required Background
The company is looking for applicants with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field. A postgraduate qualification such as an MSc, MA, MBA, or an equivalent credential is preferred.
Experience and Recruitment Tools
Ideally, candidates should bring at least one year of recruiting experience, along with familiarity in interview methods, candidate sourcing, applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment software.
Work Setup
This is a remote role, and candidates must have their own laptop to work from home.
