Overview
This contract opportunity is for a Global Mobility Expert to support AI training and evaluation work focused on employee travel and cross-border movement situations. The role is fully remote and offers hourly compensation in the range of $20 to $50.
What you will do
- Create, structure, and review detailed rubrics used to train AI systems on global mobility cases.
- Turn complex mobility processes and data into clear tasks that can be assessed by AI models.
- Work with stakeholders from HR, security, and communications to make sure the output aligns with company procedures and continuity planning.
- Apply crisis management knowledge to build realistic, multi-step scenarios for model training and evaluation.
- Review model responses and improve them based on reasoning quality, judgment under uncertainty, and planning strength.
- Capture effective practices and contribute subject matter expertise to enterprise-level rubric design for global mobility operations.
Requirements
- Proven background in global mobility, expatriate management, or international HR operations.
- Prior experience creating or assessing rubrics, with the ability to provide structured feedback for AI or data-related projects.
- Strong decision-making ability in crisis management, emergency operations, or enterprise incident response settings.
- Working knowledge of organizational processes involving HR, security, and communications teams.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, plus strong attention to detail and clarity.
