Role overview
Adient is a worldwide automotive seating company with more than 65,000 people across 29 countries and around 200 manufacturing and assembly sites. The business designs, engineers, manufactures, and supplies seating solutions for major vehicle manufacturers, covering everything from research and design to final production.
This position follows a hybrid working model, allowing remote work for up to 2 days per week, subject to the agreement of the relevant department.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the point of internal communication and provide leadership for platform-related initiatives.
- Assess regional business needs and priorities to help deliver programs across business units.
- Carry out technology rollouts across the EMEA region.
- Support operational performance and make sure technology and program SLAs are met.
- Drive continuous improvement and apply effective working practices.
- Streamline workflows and resources while meeting project timelines.
- Examine reports and cost analysis, including variance follow-up and solution monitoring.
- Work closely with suppliers, IT Procurement, contract negotiations, and other internal teams.
- Seek out ongoing cost-saving opportunities.
- Support issue reporting, escalation handling, and resolution activities.
- Prepare and update process documentation.
- Organize and deliver training on best practices and policies, and help end users understand available reports and tools that support savings and business value.
- Keep regular contact with internal clients to ensure smooth operations and strong client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about current and emerging technologies within the relevant platform area.
Requirements
- Background in a similar IT Services & Solutions Analyst role.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Advanced command of English.
