Global Logistics & Supply Chain Analyst (6 Month Contract)

Role Overview

A multinational business is looking for a Global Logistics & Supply Chain Analyst in Singapore for a 6-month contract. This position supports cross-border distribution, freight administration, reporting, and wider supply chain activities across an international network.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will help manage global logistics and distribution workstreams, with a strong focus on freight cost tracking, invoice checking, freight accrual reporting, and SAP transaction handling. You will also contribute to logistics dashboard preparation, KPI reporting, distribution cost forecasting, and continuous improvement efforts across logistics, warehousing, and supply chain processes. The position requires regular coordination with internal teams, freight forwarders, shipping partners, and regional stakeholders operating across different time zones.

Experience and Skills Required

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement operations, distribution, or similarly analytical roles. Practical SAP knowledge is essential. Advanced Excel capability is needed, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Macros. Experience with Power BI, dashboard creation, reporting, or data analytics will be a plus. The ideal candidate will also bring strong communication abilities, excellent attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
