Role Summary

The company is hiring a full-time General Manager for its first location in Qatar. This role will take charge of sales, everyday operations, team leadership, and overall member satisfaction. The position calls for someone who can guide the business toward growth while keeping the environment positive, inclusive, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the sales function and help build a strong-performing team. You will also manage day-to-day club operations, control budgets, support membership expansion, and put effective marketing plans into action. A major part of the job is maintaining health and safety standards, improving operational processes, reviewing performance metrics, and working closely with other teams to deliver a great experience for members.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should have a solid grasp of the sales cycle and be able to explain how they have previously applied it and developed a successful sales team. Strong leadership abilities are essential, along with experience guiding staff and keeping them motivated. You should also bring experience in operations management, budget oversight, and process improvement. Excellent customer service and communication skills are important, as is familiarity with marketing, membership acquisition, and sales leadership. The role also requires confidence in handling safety compliance, tracking KPIs, and solving problems through data-driven decisions.

Experience in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality sector will be considered a strong advantage.
