Job description
Role overview
This leadership position is centered on running corporate and site operations for a Singapore business serving semiconductor clients. The role combines strategic management, compliance oversight, customer coordination, and team leadership, with regular reporting to the Korea headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Set the overall management approach and provide direction for daily and long-term operations.
- Lead core corporate activities such as finance, budgeting, human resources, and regulatory compliance, while submitting regular updates to the Korea headquarters.
- Handle administrative and back-office matters including accounting, tax, audit, leasing, and insurance.
- Communicate with local government bodies and other authorities on legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support major customers by managing service requests and addressing technical concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor operational output and quality standards for site equipment such as Abatement, Scrubber, and Chiller systems.
- Direct engineers and technicians, including shift scheduling and skill-building to improve overall site performance.
- Create plans to win new business and retain existing clients, including managing service contracts and preparing proposals.
- Review sales results and oversee the financial performance of the Singapore operations.
- Maintain ongoing coordination with headquarters on annual targets, performance tracking, and growth plans.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, diploma, or an equivalent qualification in Engineering.
- Prior success in managing operations and customer-facing support functions.
- Strong experience in corporate administration and compliance-related work.
- Solid background in resource management and strategic planning.
- Ability to communicate in Korean for interaction with Korea headquarters and Korean-speaking clients.
