Role overview

Cyara is hiring a General Manager, GTM (APAC) to lead regional growth across the next stage of expansion. The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and sits within the wider leadership group. It is responsible for commercial execution across Australia, New Zealand, and key markets in Asia while keeping the region aligned with Cyara’s global direction.

The position covers regional growth, customer retention, strategic partnerships, and team leadership. The successful leader will manage the current regional team and also have room to expand it. This person will be expected to turn strategy into action, build a high-performing organization, and create disciplined execution that produces consistent, sustainable outcomes.

As Cyara strengthens its market position in customer experience assurance, this leader will play an important role in growing the APAC footprint, strengthening client relationships, and accelerating commercial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM execution across APAC, including Australia, New Zealand, and priority Asian markets.
  • Drive regional revenue growth and overall commercial performance in line with company strategy.
  • Own customer retention efforts and help deepen long-term client relationships.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships that support market expansion.
  • Lead an existing regional team and grow the organization as needed.
  • Translate business strategy into clear plans and measurable execution.
  • Create a disciplined operating rhythm that supports predictable and scalable results.
  • Work closely with global leadership to maintain alignment with broader company priorities.
  • Strengthen Cyara’s presence and influence across the APAC region.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in regional go-to-market, commercial, or general management roles.
  • Strong ability to scale a business across multiple markets and geographies.
  • Track record of leading teams and improving performance through structure and accountability.
  • Experience turning strategy into execution and delivering measurable growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain senior customer and partner relationships.
  • Commercial judgment with a focus on sustainable, predictable outcomes.
  • Comfort working with global leadership and aligning regional plans to company strategy.
  • Experience in customer experience, technology, SaaS, or enterprise software is highly relevant.
