Role overview
Aramark is seeking a self-driven General Utility Worker to support a remote lodge operation in White River, Ontario. In this role, you will help keep kitchenware, equipment, and work areas clean, sanitized, and safe while contributing to a high standard of service. This position is a good starting point for someone looking to build a career in a service-focused environment.
Responsibilities and daily tasks can differ depending on site needs, client expectations, and operational priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Help maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, equipment, and kitchen tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Keep the dishwashing area, three-compartment sink, and surrounding workspace neat and organized.
- Check that equipment remains clean and operational, and escalate any problems to management.
- Carry out light custodial and maintenance-related duties as needed.
- Provide courteous service and maintain a positive, professional attitude with guests, clients, customers, and teammates.
- Follow Aramark’s food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Protect company property and ensure the security of assets.

Qualifications
- Working knowledge of basic sanitation practices.
