Position Overview
Lasell University’s School of Graduate and Professional Studies is building a broad pool of adjunct instructors across multiple graduate and professional subject areas. This role is remote and intended for experienced educators who can support students through clear communication, detailed feedback, and virtual mentoring.

Qualifications
Applicants should hold an M.S., M.Ed., or an equivalent graduate degree in a relevant discipline; a PhD is preferred. The university also expects prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, along with the ability to mentor students remotely through email, phone, or video conferencing and to provide thorough feedback on coursework.
For Criminal Justice-related teaching roles, a doctorate in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or another crime-focused academic field is required. Candidates who are ABD may also be considered. Previous college teaching experience is highly desirable for these positions.
