Role overview
This contract opportunity is for a remote Gameplay Data Capture Specialist who will support a project focused on collecting structured gameplay data from high-end AAA titles. The work involves careful recording, labeling, and handling of session data while maintaining consistent coordination with the wider remote team.
What you'll do
- Play a variety of major AAA games and use internal tools to capture gameplay data in a systematic way.
- Log, arrange, and tag game sessions with strong focus on precision and completeness.
- Work alongside other specialists and team leads, sharing progress updates and useful feedback.
- Diagnose and help fix technical problems connected to recording and data-capture processes.
- Store, organize, and transfer all files safely according to project instructions.
- Keep communication steady and timely with the client's remote team in both written and spoken form.
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with AAA games, along with access to the specific game titles needed for the assignment.
- Solid gameplay ability and the discipline to follow capture instructions exactly.
- Clear, responsive, and detail-focused verbal and written communication skills.
- A capable computer setup that can run and record demanding AAA games smoothly.
- Prior use of gameplay recording or data capture tools; experience with proprietary or industry tools is an advantage.
Working arrangement
This is a remote contract role with an expected commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week. Compensation is listed at $10 to $20 per hour.
