Role overview
Tetra Pak is hiring motivated fresh graduates for its Future Talent Programme as a Services Sales Analyst in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This trainee opportunity is designed to build early-career capability through structured development, project work, and rotations across different parts of the business. The company aims to strengthen its mission of making food safe and available everywhere while protecting people and the planet.
The programme offers a permanent position and an 18-month individual development journey connected to specific assignments within the organisation. During this period, the trainee will take part in training sessions, collaborate with teams across functions and regions, and gain broad exposure to Tetra Pak’s operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Services Director and Services Sales team in shaping the sales strategy by reviewing internal information such as the Services Sales Pipeline, Salesforce CRM, and Power BI reports.
- Help with sales forecasting by studying historical performance and market or opportunity trends to estimate future potential.
- Prepare reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and business insights to colleagues and leaders.
- Carry out market analysis by tracking market conditions, competitors, and services categories to generate practical recommendations.
- Monitor overall services sales performance using Salesforce and support the management of leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the wider services sales group, including SKAMs, Services Sales Managers, Inside Sales Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Take part in role rotations and additional assignments in other teams as required during the programme.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is energetic, curious, and motivated, with a positive attitude that inspires others. Strong analytical ability is important, along with a business-focused mindset. Good communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international setting are essential. A natural talent for building relationships and networks is also valued.
