About the Role
This full-time Sales Associate position is based at Masonville Place in London, Ontario and reports to the Store Manager. The role offers $17.60 per hour plus commission. The hiring team is actively recruiting, and the position requires availability for 32 to 40 hours each week.
WOW! mobile boutique delivers a personalized wireless retail experience by helping customers choose from major Canadian carriers and a wide range of devices and accessories. The focus is on offering unbiased recommendations, strong customer service, and a high-quality in-store experience.
What You’ll Do
- Approach shoppers in the mall and guide them through the full sales process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using the CRM system.
- Represent the brand in the mall and help create awareness and excitement.
- Provide tailored, impartial advice that reflects the company’s service promise.
- Work toward key performance goals and business targets.
- Deliver a high standard of customer experience at all times.
- Take part in coaching discussions and ongoing performance feedback.
- Handle inventory tasks, including receiving, recording, securing, and managing stock.
- Keep merchandising standards and store cleanliness consistently on point.
- Carry out daily operating tasks such as opening and closing the kiosk.
- Complete all assigned training modules and related tasks.
- Stay updated on promotions, products, services, and internal policies.
- Follow company procedures carefully and maintain strong integrity.
- Manage cash, point-of-sale, and inventory systems accurately.
- Work mall hours as required, including evenings and weekends.
- Balance multiple priorities and respond quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Adjust comfortably to change and shifting needs on the floor.
