Compensation and Benefits
Pay is up to $30 per hour for candidates with newborn specialist credentials or a nursing background. The role also includes guaranteed hours, paid time off, and paid major holidays.
Ideal Background

- At least 5 years of experience working with newborns or infants.
- Prior experience caring for premature babies.
- Newborn specialist certification is preferred.
- Nursing experience or a NICU background is strongly preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle are required.
