Full-Time Merchandiser - Canmore

Role overview

PepsiCo Beverages is hiring a full-time Merchandiser for the Canmore, Alberta area. This position is suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and helping well-known brands reach customers across Canada.

The ideal person is energetic, dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently. A background in customer-facing work can be helpful, and the role can also be a strong match for students across different programs or people who have done well in roles that require self-direction and regular interaction with others.

Compensation

The pay for this position is $24.53 per hour, with the opportunity to work up to full-time hours.

Key duties

• Stock Pepsi products on shelves, in racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment
• Help carry out in-store promotions by keeping shelves fully stocked and promotional materials well displayed
• Work with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide strong service across Pepsi accounts
• Keep back-room inventory clean, organized, and orderly
• Remove expired products and replace them to support product freshness

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or an equivalent credential
• Students are encouraged to apply
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle
• Ability to handle physically demanding work, including lifting items of up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working on your own and staying self-driven
• Strong time management skills

Preferred experience

• Previous merchandising or customer service experience is considered an asset
• Grocery store experience is also beneficial, though not mandatory
