Full Time Commercial Cleaner

Role Overview

RamClean Commercial Cleaning & Janitorial Services is hiring reliable full-time Commercial Cleaners / Janitorial Associates for an evening shift assignment at a commercial site in Lebanon, Ohio. The role focuses on keeping the facility clean, orderly, safe, and presentable.

Work Schedule

The position runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 PM to 3:30 AM, at the Lebanon, OH 45036 location.

Responsibilities

• Clean entry areas, corridors, offices, break rooms, and restrooms.
• Dust and disinfect desks, tables, counters, and other frequently touched surfaces.
• Vacuum carpeted spaces.
• Mop hard floors and restroom areas.
• Remove trash and replace bin liners as needed.
• Track supply levels and replenish cleaning and restroom materials.
• Work in line with company cleaning methods and safety expectations.

Qualifications

• A dependable, steady, and responsible work style.
• Ability to work on your own and finish assigned duties without close supervision.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is helpful, but not mandatory.

Compensation and Growth

The starting wage is $16.00 per hour. Candidates with experience in floor stripping, waxing, or carpet cleaning may be offered a higher rate. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants may also qualify for additional pay opportunities. RamClean also offers pathways for advancement into Lead Cleaner and Supervisor roles, along with the possibility of increased hours and additional locations as the business continues to expand.
