Full Time Cleaner (63149)

Role Overview

The cleaning crew member is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the facility so customers have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine cleaning and upkeep tasks in line with company-approved procedures, standards, and product use.
• Operate and care for commercial floor-cleaning equipment properly.
• Shift movable items as needed to clean beneath, behind, and around edges and corners thoroughly.
• Report any damage, safety concern, or injury to the supervisor promptly.
• Refill supplies such as soap and paper goods when needed.
• Use the biometric timeclock system in Paycom to record work hours.
• Share daily completion photos by phone/text and email after finishing the cleaning shift.
• Take on other duties as assigned.

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the Account Director.

Requirements

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience is required.
• Strong punctuality and consistent dependability are essential.
• Must demonstrate honesty and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check, and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be available between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am.
• Flexibility is needed, as working hours may change based on business requirements.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Must be able to lift and move 50+ pounds.
• Clear verbal communication with customers, vendors, managers, and coworkers is necessary.
• Regular use of a smartphone and email is required for communication.
• Good hearing and vision are needed for everyday conversation, document review, and inspection tasks.
• Must be capable of operating forklifts and pallet jacks when needed.
• Work may take place in a warehouse or retail/grocery setting; this position is performed in a distribution warehouse.
• Must be willing to work alternate shifts when business needs change.
