Overview
Nexus Care Services is hiring compassionate, dependable people for a meaningful full-time care role in Lichfield and nearby areas including Sutton Coldfield and Tamworth. This opportunity is aimed at people looking for a career change and wanting work that makes a real difference every day.

Responsibilities
- Support people to continue living independently in their own homes.
- Provide companionship and friendly day-to-day support.
- Assist with routine tasks that make daily life easier.
- Deliver hands-on care with kindness, reliability and respect.
- Work as part of a team that provides care across Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth and Lichfield.
Requirements
- Full driving licence and access to a personal car.
- A caring attitude and genuine interest in helping others.
- Ideally, around one year of care experience, either in a paid role or through personal experience.
- Willingness to learn through provided shadowing and training.
