The company highlights a workplace culture built on five core values: figuring things out, embracing change, doing the right thing, taking ownership, and aiming for excellence.
Key Responsibilities

- Keep the compactor and dumpster area clean and safe before ending the shift.
- Record nightly service details in the company’s internal system.
- Coordinate with Operations Management to complete assigned service work when needed.
- Work outdoors, cover long walking distances on properties, and handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing stairs, and driving for extended periods.
- Take on other duties as assigned.
Schedule and Working Conditions
- Willingness to travel beyond the primary location when required.
- Work schedule of 5 days per week, Sunday through Thursday.
- Two weekends of on-call coverage each month.
